Suppliers Partnership for the Environment’s Emerging Professionals Work Group (SP EP) members are working to cultivate their current work environments into sustainable and inclusive communities, adopting the mindset of ‘No action is too small’, while promoting sustainability in all business operations. The work group’s mission is to pilot fresh, innovative associate engagement initiatives at our companies through benchmarking and collaboration with fellow, diverse industry professionals within the Supplier Partnership network.
Key Objectives include to,
- Share best practices in engagement (both Mfg. and Corporate settings)
- Educate individuals on how their role can contribute to sustainability
- Provide outlets for employees to identify with a positive impact
