• American Battery Technology Company Announces Commercial Transaction for Bulk Purchase of Recycled Black Mass Material by Domestic Strategic Customer,  American Battery Technology Company achieved a major commercial milestone by entering into a direct binding agreement for the purchase of its accumulated recycled black mass material by a domestic strategic customer from its lithium-ion battery recycling facility. • Ascend Elements Commits to Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) Net-Zero Standard for GHG Emissions Reductions, The Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) has recognized Ascend Elements’ commitment to set near-term and net-zero company-wide emissions reductions in line with climate science. • BASF and ENGIE signed a long term Biomethane Purchase Agreement in Europe, BASF and ENGIE signed a 7-year Biomethane Purchase Agreement (BPA). Under the BPA, ENGIE will supply BASF with 2.7 to 3.0 terawatt hours of biomethane throughout the term of the agreement. Click Here
• Accelera™ By Cummins Awarded $75 Million for Zero Emissions Manufacturing from Department of Energy, Cummins Inc. announced that the company has been awarded $75 million to convert approximately 360,000 sq. ft. of existing manufacturing space at its Columbus (Indiana) Engine Plant (CEP) for zero-emissions components and electric powertrain systems.
