JCI’s Glendale campus has the largest concentration of buildings on one campus to ever receive LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification. Through small group tours, SP meeting participants had the opportunity to participate in a living case study tour of the campus viewing a broad range of technologies and solutions that have been implemented to promote corporate energy conservation and save water and other natural resources, while minimizing the carbon footprint, and maximizing sustainability on the campus.

The meeting featured reports of ongoing project activities, environmental sustainability best practices and success stories from OEM and supplier members of SP’s Work Groups focused on key issues such as Materials Efficiency, Energy & Water, Chemical Issues Management and Technology & Networking.
