2027 SP Member Meeting Schedule
SP hosts regular membership meetings rotating across key automotive regions in the USA. These meetings provide an opportunity for members to connect and share environmental sustainability best practices and strategies with industry peers and government partners, learn about emerging issues impacting the environment and their business operations, and identify new opportunities for collaborative action.
SP’s membership meetings are closed meetings, with registration open to employees of active SP member companies, as well as a limited number of invited industry guests and non-profit / government representatives. Learn more about our 2027 schedule of quarterly events below.
Member registration is now open for our Q1 2027 Membership Meeting which will be held at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy, Michigan on January 26 – 27, 2027.
We’ll have working meetings of individual work groups on the afternoon of January 26, followed by a networking reception. With our general membership meeting taking place on January 27.

Our Q2 Membership Meeting will be held on April 14 – 15, 2027.
The meeting will be hosted at the Auburn University Research and Innovation Campus in Huntsville, Alabama in collaboration with the Alabama Automotive Manufacturers Association (AAMA).
The 2027 SP Innovation Summit will be held on July 27 – 28 in Novi, Michigan, with special thanks to our presenting sponsor Magna.
The Summit agenda will highlight innovations and emerging trends tied to priority industry goals, including carbon neutrality, circular and sustainable materials, EV battery lifecycle management, and nature and water stewardship. Learn more and register here.

Our Q4 Membership Meeting will be hosted by Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan in late October 2027. The final date and details will be shared with members in early 2027.
