SP Joins Scope 3 Maturity Benchmark

We are pleased to announce Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) has entered into an MOU with the Scope 3 Peer Group and Proxima to support a Scope 3 Maturity Benchmarking initiative for our members.

The Scope 3 Maturity Benchmark, created by procurement and supply chain consultancy Proxima and the Scope 3 Peer Group, is an enterprise-level tool to help organizations to systemically build the capability to tackle Scope 3 emissions and speed up progress in meeting Net-Zero targets. 

SP’s collaboration is intended to enable our membership to benefit from company and sector-specific insights that will come from participation in the project.  It will also provide SP with anonymized aggregate insights on current Scope 3 maturity within the industry and opportunities for SP to develop new programs and resources to address identified gaps.
